An enquiry is a written question, concern or any feedback you may have relating to the service or your Westminster City Council account. All enquiries are sent through Westminster City Council and will be answered by our Customer Care Team within five working days - although our response time is normally much quicker than this! Our online enquiry based system allows us to instantly link your correspondence to your Westminster City Council account and investigate fully the nature of your enquiry. We can also trace any communication that you may have raised with us in the past.
If you have received an automated email acknowledgement from us, you can view our response by following these instructions:
- Log in to Westminster City Council.
- Click 'Help' in the top right corner of the page.
- Select the 'Enquiries' tab under the Help Centre heading.
- From here, you are able to view all open and closed enquiries raised within the last three months. To view our response and reply (if required), simply click the 'Edit' icon linked to the relevant enquiry and 'Save' once you have typed your message.
In order for us to be able to accurately assist you upon contact, please provide as much information as possible relating to your enquiry.
