Note: XPress was discontinued in early 2016.
To print the VAT receipt for your Xpress subscription, simply follow the below instructions:
- Login to your Westminster City Council account using your mobile number and associated PIN or Password. If you do not know your PIN or Password then this can be reset using the respective 'Forgotten your PIN?' or 'Forgotten your Password?' recovery tools.
- Select 'Receipts' from the black navigation panel and locate the Xpress VAT receipt entry based on the date which you subscribed.
- Click on the printer icon to preview your VAT receipt and once the VAT receipt has displayed, print as required.
- To email the VAT receipt, click the envelope icon and the VAT receipt will be emailed to the email address stored against your Westminster City Council account.
As with any VAT receipt you will be asked to first add a postal address for VAT purposes if this is the first time you have requested a VAT receipt from us.
